Did you know?

The push to end Single-Family Housing only zoning began in earnest in 2019, but has been a decade in the making. This article Death to Single-Family Zoning…and New Life to the Missing Middle offers some insight into the current environment

 

Additionally, new bills have recently been introduced in Congress to address these issues and incentivize municipalities to make changes to their zoning codes.  One example is the American Housing and Economic Mobility Act of 2024 - page 5.
